The Vibrant Nightlife of Huadu Buxing Street

Last week, I shared photos of Huadu’s downtown area, including Huadu Buxing Street. However, Buxing Street truly comes alive at night, with countless street food stalls opening up in the evening, creating a vibrant and bustling nightlife atmosphere. Today’s post will focus on Buxing Street at night.

上周，我分享了花都市区的照片，包括花都步行街。然而，步行街在夜晚才真正活跃起来，晚上有无数的街头小吃摊开业，营造出活力四射的夜生活氛围。今天的帖子将聚焦于夜晚的步行街。

Buxing Street boasts a vast selection of street food, ranging from various tofus, meats, and vegetables to an assortment of sweets. The street is beautifully lit up with food stalls and adorned with several lanterns, adding to its charm. As you walk further, the buildings are also illuminated, giving the area an additional captivating touch.

步行街拥有各种各样的街头小吃，从各种豆腐、肉类和蔬菜到各种甜点，应有尽有。街道上美食摊位灯火通明，加上几个灯笼，更添风采。继续前行，建筑物也被点亮，为该地区增添了额外的吸引力。

Above is a photo of stinky tofu, a unique delicacy known for its strong odour, which often deters those unfamiliar with it from trying it. I did try it once, and it was delicious. However, I’ve heard that the taste can vary greatly depending on how it’s made and personal preference. I’d say it’s worth giving it a try at least once!

上面是一张臭豆腐的照片，这是一种以强烈气味而闻名的独特美食，通常会让不熟悉它的人却步。我尝试过一次，味道非常好。不过，我听说味道因制作方法和个人口味而异。我建议至少尝试一次！

The street also features small restaurants with outdoor seating areas adjacent to the stalls, some of which even serve alcoholic beverages such as beer. Additionally, several street food vendors provide their own small tables and chairs for customers to enjoy their food and drinks. The night market at Buxing Street exudes a lively and vibrant atmosphere which can truly been experienced while strolling down the stalls.

街道上还有一些小餐馆，它们在摊位旁边设有户外座位区，有些餐馆甚至供应啤酒等酒精饮料。此外，一些街头小吃摊也提供自己的小桌椅，供顾客享用食物和饮料。步行街的夜市散发着热闹活泼的氛围，漫步在摊位之间，可以真正体验到这种氛围。

To wrap up my evening stroll, I stopped by a small bar that featured both an outdoor seating area and a second-floor indoor lounge. I made my way upstairs to capture the last few photos of the night and enjoyed a beer. It was the perfect way to unwind and kick off my two-week holiday!
