A City Full of Vitality: Qionglai

充满活力的城市：邛崃

Qionglai is a county-level city located within the greater Chengdu area in Sichuan Province, China. It has a population of approximately 643,000 people, making it relatively small compared to the sprawling Chengdu, which boasts a population of over 21 million. Yet, even Chengdu pales in comparison to the mega-cities of Beijing and Shanghai, but that’s a topic for another time.

During my visit to Qionglai, I wandered through a quaint park and captured images of various statues that caught my attention. While I am not well-versed in the historical details of Qionglai, the statues and the city as a whole seem to embody significant historical meaning.

邛崃是中国四川省成都市郊区的一个县级市。邛崃的人口约为64.3万人，与拥有超过2100万人口的成都相比，这个城市相对较小。然而，与北京和上海这两个超级大城市相比，成都也相形见绌，但那是另一个话题了。

在我访问邛崃期间，我漫步在一座精致的公园中，拍摄了几座引起我注意的雕像。虽然我对邛崃的历史细节了解不多，但这些雕像和整个城市似乎都蕴含着重要的历史意义。

Although Qionglai is smaller compared to other cities, it still maintains a lively atmosphere typical of many cities and towns in China. Small shops flourish, offering a variety of games, foods, snacks, and other goods. While cities in China share some commonalities, each possesses its own unique charm.

尽管邛崃规模较小，但它仍然保持着中国许多城市和城镇特有的热闹氛围。小商店繁荣兴盛，提供各种游戏、食品、小吃和其他商品。虽然中国的城市有一些共同之处，但每个城市都有其独特的魅力。

The ambiance transforms, and each city brings its own unique energy. Qionglai is no exception—it’s vibrant and lively, perfect for night exploration. Bright lanterns and bustling markets fill its streets. If you ever visit China, make sure to experience the nightlife in every city you go to!
